Please note that L’Ambiance has a rental policy that stipulates that owners must lease their units for nothing less than 30 days. L’Ambiance’s rental policy also specifies that tenants can NOT have pets.

Each year we rent near Pelican Bay Just 2 bedrooms with 1 or 2 baths Would prefer to rent in Pelican Bay 2023 Jan Feb March or less, near our friends who own Looking for condo on beach, if possible , jacuzzi , lap pool for myself and husband who are non smokers, no pets, semi retired. And always asked to come back. Would like access to the clay tennis courts and wonderful Marker 36 dining.

You might want to also try searching http://www.vrbo.com and http://www.naplesarea.com Out of curiosity I checked the MLS for rentals for Jan – March next year in Pelican Bay and only 3 came up. None have the criteria you are looking to find. I don’t do rentals but I keep hearing from my colleagues how few rentals are on the market. I wish you luck in your search.

Hello L’Ambiance Community – helping my parents from Hinsdale Illinois find a February / March Rental in Pelican Bay. They are lovely people who have rented in Pelican Bay the last 4-5 years. If you are a L’Ambiance owner who wish to be contacted by potential tenants and are not listed with a rental agency, please e-mail me with the following information:
* Address of Unit
* Dates the unit is available
* Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
* Your contact information that you want shown on the site
* Brief note from you saying it is OK for me to publicize your information
I can not advertise a property that is listed with another agency but if you are renting, by owner, I am happy to put the information on the L’Ambiance site.

Sorry, L’Ambiance does not allow tenants to have any pets. If you are interested in renting in Pelican Bay, I have a list which state subdivisions’ pet restrictions at:
