After reading this article, I can see these tax changes will benefit the upper end market. The over a million dollar market in Naples has been very active. The number of closed sales for condos in Naples in the 12-month period ending March 2018 showed a 3% increase in the $500,000. – 1 million dollar price range while the market between 1 -2 million had a 55% increase in number of sales.  Here is the 1st quarter of 2018 report . The LAmbiance beach get together was delightful. A big THANK YOU goes out to our Social Committee for organizing this event. It was great to relax and chat with everyone. I posted photos of this event on our LAmbiance Facebook page for our neighbors who couldn’t be there.
