Please note that L’Ambiance has a rental policy that stipulates that owners must lease their units for nothing less than 30 days. If you are a L’Ambiance owner who wish to be contacted by potential tenants and are not listed with a rental agency, please e-mail me with the following information:
* Address of Unit
* Dates the unit is available
* Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
* Your contact information that you want shown on the site
* Brief note from you saying it is OK for me to publicize your information
I can not advertise a property that is listed with another agency but if you are renting, by owner, I am happy to put the information on the L’Ambiance site.

Sorry, L’Ambiance does not allow tenants to have any pets. If you are interested in renting in Pelican Bay, I have a list which state subdivisions’ pet restrictions at:
