Our roofing project is well underway. This morning power washing started on the 2400 building.
I have to compliment Castilla Roofing on doing a great job so far. Our roofs look wonderful and the power washing really helped clean up the building and the pavers.
As of today, roofing work has progressed to the 900 building where our roofers are currently removing the old roof.
The 1000 building is awaiting new tiles.
All and all, our roofing project is progressing very well. One item I do want to mention is to be aware of roofing nails that may be on the driveways, sidewalks and grass. Should you have children or grandchildren visiting, it’s a good idea to warn them to pay attention to where they are walking and not to walk barefoot. The roofers do a good job with clean up after they work but occasionally some nails may be missed.
If you are an owner who is renting their LAmbiance unit for the 2015 season, you probably have been inundated with rental telephone calls. I do not know of one LAmbiance unit that is available for rent next season. If you have not rented your unit for next season and wish to post an ad on my LAmbiance Rental Page just e-mail me the information and I’ll be happy to post it on the site for you. I am not able to post an ad if you are listed with a rental agency. I DO NOT handle rentals and offer this page as a courtesy for owners and potential renters.

The upper end of the real estate market in Pelican Bay is going gang busters! Today, when I checked the hot sheet for pending sales in Pelican Bay for the last 7 days, there were TWENTY THREE PENDING SALES! Only EIGHT of those pending sales were under a million dollars.
The February sales report from the Naples Board of Realtors showed huge jumps in the upper price ranges for condominiums.
